UI24R fails to update from 3.0 to 3.3

Hi there,
I recently tried to update my UI24R firmware 3.0 to 3.3. I proceeded in the same way as with the update to 3.0. The mixer recognizes the USB stick with the ZIP file, but unfortunately nothing is being installed. Multiple attempts including switching on and off, disconnecting from the powe mains were unsuccessful.
Does anyone have a suggestion for a workaround?
