Three options: EXF12, EPM12 or Spirit M12?

Hello! I'm a keyboardist in a cover band, no big deal, just fun with good friends and extra cash.
Thanks to the bass player connections, we're going to play live in various contexts, both inside and outside.
Considering that in larger spaces or big stages we'll have external services with professional devices, we still need a good mixer for self-organized events in smaller situations.

I selected the 3 options in the main title. We are 5 elements:
1) lead vocals and acoustic guitar
2) electric guitar
3) bass and backing vocals
4) drums and backing vocals
5) keyboards

About EFX12, is it possibile to use the MAIN OUT (mono) as an additional monitor for musicians, while MIX L&R will obviously go to the main PA? This will be good in order to have 3 monitors and the AUX1 send (without keyboards) will go to my keyboard mixer for my own monitoring.
Considering our necessities and the different specs of these 3 models, what would you suggest?
