UI24 USB BUZZ

in Soundcraft Mixing Consoles

when I plug a USB on the front, to my computer, I get a buzz in the audio chain. I tried a 2nd USB......same thing. I cant use the UI24 as an interface can I. Any ideas.

    Windows PC needs the driver installing.
    You need to download and install.
    Then set the buffer time at the diver setting.

    if your PC had anything about energy save settings, turn off it for the USB audio connection. Power management setting too. Full performance setting may be easier.
