Soundcraft Ui12- not able to send 4 independant aux mixes

Hi,

So, this concerns a Soundcraft Ui 12.

I can't set up 4 independent aux mixes. Aux 1 bleeds into aux 2 and aux 3 bleeds in aux 4.

If I use a TS jack into aux 4 and don't seat it properly then aux 4 becomes independent which leads me to believe it must be a hardware problem. I can't test this on 1 & 2 as there are xlr.

If 1 and 2 are grouped as a stereo pair they work fine. If 3 and 4 are grouped as a stereo pair they work fine.

I've done a factory reset and reinstalled the latest firmware. This has made no difference.

Any ideas would be hugely appreciated. Thanks!
