Can’t play audio tracks on USB thumb drive on UI-24R.

The USB thumb drive occasionally can’t be found. Does Ui-24r firmware v 3.4.83 fix this problem? If so, how van this version be obtained?

    I would like to know as well. My REC and PLAYBACK USB Ports do not function! Multiple USB sticks tried and all functioned before. No message regarding USB Loaded on MTK or playback. All buttons are faded on these screens. This unit sits in my studio only. Stays in the same spot and just gets turned on and off when used
