Soundcraft SI Impact Effects output Patching.

I am looking for some help setting up effects on our board for our church services. We are running an SI Impact from soundcraft. It is a SI Impact 2.0 with 2.0 Build 0012.

The issue is, no matter what I do, I get zero effect out of my Mains. I am guessing it is a output patching problem? However, I can find little to no information on how to properly set up the board for effects.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
