Si Impact lost control of inputs, +48v LEDS lit when no phantom selected

Hi, my Si Impact has developed a critical fault. I have limited gain control and audio clipping on all of the first 16 analogue inputs and most of the +48v LEDs are on even when no phantom is selected on any of the channels. Also, the +48v LEDs don't come on when phantom is switched on with inputs 17 and 19. Was going to swap out the 1 to16 channel input board but with the LED fault on channels 17 and 19 I'm now thinking the problem might be somewhere else....
Anyone else had a similar issue ?
Is there a diagram showing the signal paths + circuit boards that would help diagnose the problem ???
