Problem saving shows ans snapshots

Hello everyone,
My UI24R doesn't save shows and snapshots anymore. They appear in the lists, but none of the settings are saved.
And when I power off, it goes back to the "init" setting.
Strangely, settings from old show ans snapshots saved up until a week or so ago, are still there.
Plus, I can't export my shows to a USB key, as the unit does not recognize any.
What to do?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    You can load snapshots but can't save snapshot, right?

    I think that you need to do the FULL-RESET to resolve that glitch.
    But it makes you lost all snapshots and shows.

    Without exporting into USB stick would be OFFLINE FILE exporting.
    It's in the saving show section. ( LONG PRESS the indication small window ).
