No input signal on Ui24r channels 1-7 and 11-17

Dear Colleagues,

While in use and working normally, suddenly my Ui24r mixer stopped seeing any instrument (hardwired) inputs on channels 1-7 and 11-17, though channels 8-10, 18-20, and the RCA inputs work fine. I've excluded common problems like Active Soundcheck (it is not on), gate settings, mutes, subgroups, etc. Has anyone experienced this? Are these channels all served by a common internal component that might have failed?

    BTW, I've also updated the firmware and performed a full reset, but these did not resolve the issue. Best, Julian

    Having the same problem with inputs 9 and 19. Any ideas?

    It needs a repair.
    I have never seen such many channels cause defective at once.
    What situations were different in CH8-10,18-20?
