Cannot reset my UI16's Master Password (Global)

I tried everything suggested so far to reset my Ui16's Master Password - but to no avail. So the sliders are locked and I cannot make any adjustments....Any Advice Pls?

I am in the same basic state as no reset function works. Does anyone have a solution?
I have same problem no place to help solve that problem
