ui24r 2-track recording does not work

Hi all! 2-track recording has stopped working for me. The record button is enabled but nothing happens when I try to press it. Multitrack recording works fine though. What could be the problem?

USB stick is recognized and correctly formatted as FAT. Doesn’t matter whether I use a powered hub or not. I have tried multiple different USB sticks. I have performed a full factory reset. I have tried configuring the footswitch to start recording. Still nothing happens.
