Notepad–12FX panning issue

I'm using the Notepad–12FX as an audio interface with Ableton and noticed that the USB audio coming in through channels 9/10 is always noticeably panned to the left with the balance knob centered.

Tested with multiple headphones, rotated the headphones to check it's not my hearing and triple-checked everything in Ableton/MacOS to make sure it's not some software pan setting.

The unit was under warranty so I contacted tech support and sent the mixer in for repair. They replaced the soundboard after allegedly confirming the problem but the issue is still there. Not sure how that's possible unless it's an inherit design flaw but curious if anyone else encountered this.
