Import/export on webeditor only on 24R - missing on Ui16?

I use an UI24r and a UI16 extensively. Really happy. But I was able to preprogram both via the web demo interface. The devices are not always in my reach. After the last update however that option dissapeared from the Ui16. I'm cuious if anone else has same outcome? At support all seemd to work fine and they had no clue.
