No Sound From Headphones on UI16?

I recently got a Grace Designs Alix and was looking to run it into the Soundcraft UI16 and out to my headphones to practice EQ'ing it. I haven't used the headphone out in ages but currently I am getting no sound. The headphones work on my computer. The gain levels on the Ipad are showing signal coming in for the Alix, and even the mix levels are showing sound...but there is no sound in my headphones. The PA speakers and XLRs are with my banjo player at his house over an hour away, so I can't plug them in to see if the same issue is affecting other channels out. I've checked every channel on the DI and nothing is muted or solo'd. The manual volume on the actual unit is maxed out...and still no sound. Any advice?
