Soundcraft UI24R CH2 noice

Hello, i notice high level of noice on 2. channel of UI24 after we were testingo some optiones with our base player, so i guess we burn channel. This high noice is also visable on channel up to -40db so it is quite high.
When i reset channel (remove effect and virtual sound device, noice is lower but when i wish to add virual effect noice, come out again. Can service replace module for this virtual effect only=?
