Signature MTK 12 USB RTN CH 1 and 2

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding USB RTN from Logic. I connected my synth to channel 1 and made an output 1 which is stated as part of stereo output ( the same is for channel 2). When I activate USB RTN the sound is returning on channel 11/12 on the console not on the channel 1. Does anyone know why output 1 and 2 are not channels 1 and 2 on the console but part of stereo output and is there a way to change this?
