Is Ui24R firmware development dead?

I note that the Ui24R firmware has not been updated since June 2020, over 3 years ago. This seems like a long time with no updates for a firmware driven product like the Ui24R. So is the firmware for this product still under development for enhancements and bug fixes? I've read on some online forums that the development team was disbanded. Is this true?
I asked Harmon support about this and they said that the Ui24R is "still under production". To me this just means that they are still manufacturing and selling them, which is true, but does not specifically address my firmware update concerns. I'm thinking this mature product is just idling in support life as is. Maybe they are working on next generation of Ui series mixers. As a consumer buyer, I would not want to buy a firmware driven product with no regular updates...
Perhaps someone from Harmon / Soundcraft, or anyone with inside knowledge could comment on this.

    Same.
Even though there are still several bugs in recent firmware....

What recent firmware? The newest I can find is 3.3.8293 from 2020. Fortunately, the only issues i have are pretty minor, so I wouldn't be inclined to update unless those were explicitly fixed. Those are -

    • Shuffle has glitches in the 2 track playback of songs from USB; sometimes the same song will play repeatedly (solved by not using shuffle for tunes during set breaks)
    • Firefox doesn't retain view groups or subgroups; probably a browser issue because Chrome retains those

    Yours is recent.

    Bugs list

Aux solo missed the gate, comp, and GEQ. You can't adjust those parameters while listening the sounds in your headphones.

Matrix solo is not able to listen to that matrix. If you had ever used this bus as aux, you will hear that aux mix even after you changed the bus to a matrix.

Subgroup's mute button and that fader doesn't work for its matrix sending.

Importing shows ignores CUES. You can export cues to your USB stick but you can't import those cues into the unit anymore.

Gain's value is not correct when the indicated values are over +26dB.
    ( Actual +25dB gain is shown as +26dB )

Internal recorder mistakes plus and minus at the UTC distance to user's time zone when naming the recorded files.
( If you were in a timezone of UTC-5, your local 1:00 am is UTC 6:00 am. When you record something, the file name will be 1100 ( 11:00 am ) instead of 0100.

Shuffle is crazy as you told.

    P.S.
