Soundcraft ui 24 problem

Hey there, I have the ui 24 mixer, and I have some issues with it.
When I'm recording, sometimes it stops playing back my recorded track. It happens often, and always suddenly.
Or if I want to record drums to a play along track, I copy the track to the daw, and start the recording. Mostly it starts and then stops. It's always a random sh*t. Sometimes it stops after a few minutes, sometimes after a few seconds. Sometimes it doesn't even want to start play back anything.
Sorry for expressing myselft the wrong way:
It doesn't stop playing the tracks, it shows that the track goes on, however, I can't hear anything suddenly.
After a reboot it works again but not for so long.
Please help me!
