Config Hotspot password reset

Purchased a Ui24R from a friend who’s dad who owned this mixer and he passed away. He set a password for the hotspot config and I can’t enable. How can I reset this password? Tried all the reset methods on the Soundcraft videos. No luck. Need help.

    Did you try a full factory reset? That will automatically reset the HotSpot password back to the original as if you just purchased the product. BTW, a full factory reset would also require you to update the software to the lastest version. Do that before you make any additional changes to the system
