Si Mini Stagebox Direct Out Bug

I have an Si Performer 1 (latest firmware) and a Mini Stagebox 32, where I often patch direct outs to outputs on the stage box (e.g. for talkback). I noticed that after power cycles, the console sometimes doesn't put out audio, although the patching seems to be correct according to the display. Unpatching and Re-patching the output solves the problem. Looks like a bug. Anyone else encountered this?
