Parts obsolete?

We have been told by Harman that parts for the Vi1 are being moved to the obsolete file. Namely input and output PCBs.
WTF? I understand pushing new models but this Vi 1is not old enough to be a legacy product.
Anyone who is in the market for a new digital console from any manufacturer should ask before buying how long the company will stand behind their products that cost an arm and a leg to purchase in the first place.

    Any update here? Also any luck on finding parts? I need an input fader module board, but Soundcraft says obsolete/out of stock. Any leads?
