Unable to connect my VIEWSONIC TD2455 Touch monitor to Ui24R

Unable to connect my VIEWSONIC TD2455 Touch monitor to Ui24R.
Through wifi it is connecting to devices but not to Touch monitor .
Is there anyone helps me on this plz.

    Connect the monitor to the Ui24R HDMI port by using a HDMI cable. It should works as the display monitor, if the monitor supports 720P resolution.

    I don't think that TD2455 touching function works with this mixer because it is not on their support list.
    However, if it was supported, you need to connect a USB cable between the mixer and the touch display.

    Ui24R firmware looks at the USB VID ( Vendor ID ) and PID ( Product ID ).
    These devices are their support list.
    Viewsonic TD2230 （VID:05E3 / PID:0610）
    Viewsonic TD2240 （VID:003D / PID:222A）
    Viewsonic TD220 （VID:0FB8 / PID:1109）

    If your TD2455 had same VID and PID as either one, it works.
    You can checke the touch panel's PID and VID with USB connection with your PC and that device manager.
