Audio on the Soundcraft Ui24R stops working for 5 seconds

Good morning everyone. I have a problem with the Soundcraft Ui24R acting as my main mixer. During our live concerts with the band the total audio stops working for 5 seconds after which it resets again as before. It has already happened to me on two evenings and the audio has always stopped twice. I have another Soundcraft Ui24R (remote or slave) connected with a network cable to the main Soundcraft (master). I wired it according to the instructions downloaded from the official website. I also tried touching the mixer to see if the chassis was hot but that's not the case. What could be causing this problem?

    Update firmware to v3.5. It was released last week.

    Hi! I updated the two mixers to firmware version 3.5 and it solved the problem, the audio doesn't stop anymore.
