USB ports dosent work Ui24r

Hello. I have a question for you. When I put a usb stick into the ui24r I get no contact with the ports. This applies both when I try to play mp3 files or to update. I can't get any contact either in the front or side ports. Anyone have any tips?

    Format the stick to "FAT32".

    There are many formats in the world.
    FAT16, FAT32, exFAT, NTFS, APFS, HFS, HFS+ .etc....
    When you got new one, it's possibly formatted in exFAT.

    Ui24R only supports FAT32.
    You have to format the stick in your PC.
    If the size was larger than 32GB and you only had Windows, you need to use a freeware "Rufus" to format the stick to FAT32.
