UI16 Wi-Fi Connectivity and LED Indicator Issue

I am experiencing connectivity issues with my Soundcraft UI16. The LED indicators for both Wi-Fi and the green lights are flashing slowly, almost like they're "glooming," rather than staying solid. As a result, the Soundcraft Wi-Fi network is not visible on our phones, preventing us from connecting to the audio mixer.

We have attempted a full reset, but the issue persists, and it seems like the unit is not recognizing the reset process. Additionally, we connected the UI16 to a display via HDMI, but it only loads without proceeding further.

Here are some steps we've already tried:

  1. Power-cycled the unit by disconnecting it from the power source and reconnecting after a minute.
  2. Checked the power supply to ensure stable power delivery.
  3. Attempted a Wi-Fi reset specific to the UI16.
  4. Tried connecting directly via Ethernet cable, but the device still did not appear in the control software.
  5. Physically inspected for any signs of damage around the antenna or Wi-Fi module.
  6. Verified there were no other devices causing potential Wi-Fi interference.

Any insights or additional troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The UI16 device's Wi-Fi connectivity and LED indicator issue may stem from hardware or software inconsistencies, causing disruptions in wireless network stability or inaccurate status signaling. Common symptoms include the LED failing to reflect real-time connectivity status or inconsistent pairing with Wi-Fi networks. Troubleshooting steps include ensuring the device firmware is up-to-date, verifying the strength and stability of the Wi-Fi signal, and performing a factory reset if necessary.
