Prefade for mix sends

in Soundcraft Mixing Consoles
Soundcraft si Performer. We are using mix 8 through mix 14 for monitor mixing in a church setting. They are all sending post fade. When the engineer adjusts faders they are affecting the in-ear mixes for those channels. Does this need to be adjusted for the individual mix outputs, or at the individual channel inputs?
