No Volume/Gain/Mute control

Played a gig last night. We could not adjust volumes or gains on any of the channels. Additionally, the mute did not work. We could slide the volume levels or highlight the mute, but it did not change the output at all. We tried using the hotspot with an iPad, as well as being hardwired to the mixer with a touchscreen. Same results. Do whatever you want to volume/gain/mute but it did not change the volume output.

    From other thread comment, I see you are talking about Ui24R, right?
    This place is for wholle of Soundcraft brand mixing consoles then you should write about the mixer name first.

    Unbelievable.

    What did you connect to?
    What did you control?
    What / How bus did you listen to?

    My guessing, sorry to say, it seemed likely that you connected to the web demo mixer while listening actual mixer.

    However, if it was really happened issue as a terrible glitch, you should do the fullreset once,
