Soundcraft SI2 Madi USB no output patching menu

Hi, I just recived a brand new madi usb card for soundcraft SI2 and I did all the steps to install it, but when it was all booted up, the computer sees the mixer, but in the mixer menu I don`t get the menu to rout the direct outputs for each channel. I reset the mixer, try every combination of the dip switches on card, but still no results, I only see the outputs of the mixer and nothing else. What could be the problem?, what am I missing?

    Did you ever figure out how to enable the card globally on the Expression?
    I have the same issue here. PC sees the card but the DIRECT OUT patch options include O/P and AES only. No MADI USB options.
