What will cause a channel fader to go all the way down across all Aux channels on a UI24r?

We use 4 Auxs for individual monitors and randomly an instrument channel, such as the Bass guitar on channel 5, the fader will go all the way down to zero on all the Aux channels.
Everything will be fine and suddenly the bass will drop from our monitors, I check each Aux screen and on all individual Aux screens, channel 5, the Bass guitar, the fader will be all the way down.
I turn each one up and all is well again.

    Ghost ? Somebody's kidding? or really a glitch.

    Backup your shows and presets.
    Full reset the mixer.
    Update firmware.

    Renew the WiFi password.
