I have never tried that but it's possible.
If your iPhone is lightning type, you need a Apple camera connection kit to convert the lightning to USB-A connector.
Type-C type iPhone ( iPhone15 and 16 ) needs type-C hub has type A connector and the charging type C. Or you might be able to get USB type-C to type-B (USB2.0) cable if you don't need charging.

Connect them with type A to type B cable (USB2.0). Ui24R can work as an audio interface for iPhone. Select the output and volume at iPhone.
Patch the USB DAW into any input channels.

However, I don't think it better method for spotify.
You can get lightning-analog audio, or type-C audio connector and it's more easy. Or you may get a bluetooth audio receiver. You just connect a couple of the analog audio cable.
