Si Expression pairing question

Our church lost our sound guy a couple of months ago so we have been scrambling to learn our sound system. We have a Vi1 FOH mixer, mini stagebox 32, and a Si Expression 2 for in-ear monitoring. On the Si Expression there are two channels that appear to be paired, but the strange thing is that the channels are not next to one another. I don't recall the exact channel numbers but if it's channel 11, it's paired with channel 14. From everything I've read, this shouldn't be possible. I'd like to fix, or unpair them, short of creating a new show. Any suggestions?
