No audio input signal via USB on Notepad 8FX

Hello,

I've just purchased a Notepad 8fx and I'm still unable to get any audio signal from USB. I was using Mac OS Big Sur, I downgraded to Catalina, and the issue remains. Also firmware update fails on both OS. Any routing settings does not fix the issue either.

Any idea ?
