No "Patching" Tab on UI16R

in Soundcraft Mixing Consoles

This is bizarre. The Patching Tab is just gone. Along with any options to change Recording options. The Recording works when a USB is plugged in, but only records 2 channels. There are no options for multitrack.
I do have full access.
Any help would be outstanding.

    Was this ever resolved?
    My understanding is the Ui16 just records 2 tracks.
