Ui24R Line/Output problem with Group Policy under Windows 11
G’day Support,
I own a Soundcraft UI24R. All was working well so far.
Sometimes within the last 2 month Microsoft must have changed «something» and that generates a problem.
So far, after starting the UI24R «32 line outputs» were visible in Windows as output devises and 2 of them could be assigned to send audio data from the PC to the UI24R.
Now, the UI24R doesn’t propagate it’s configuration anymore. Also the Soundcraft Audio Device Control Panel is not started anymore.
If the PC is started by disabling the Group Policy the Audio Control Panel is visible (until the next boot), but without displaying a connectible audio Device. The Output Channels are still not available.
The most likely cause is that the Soundcraft Multichannel USB Audio Driver (v3.30.0) is not digitally signed and is therefore rejected by the Operating System.
Can you please release a digitally signed Multichannel USB Audio Driver.
My system:
Model: UI24R
Firmware: 3.5.8328-ui24r
Unique ID: 8100C0022046C02500473679140B3834
Windows 11
Version 24H2
The problem exists most likely since version 23H2
Kind regards
