Ui24r connection issue

I have had connection issues from day 1 of owning this unit,cannot connect to daw, now I cannot even see the option to connect to the soundcraft wifi to use for jamming. Anyone out there no where to send this to get fixed ? I am in calgary canada,This unit has become completely useless to me. I am sorry I ever purchased it. I have tried in the past to talk to the people at soundcraft and got zero response. Anyway...thanks for any help.

    Is it out of warranty?
    Or second hand?

    As basically check your unit according to this.

    1. Disconnect all cables and USB drive and patient 1 minute.
    2. Only connect AC cable and turn on the power switch.
    3. Watch the green lights flashing 15 - 30 seconds. It should be stopping by the blue light turns on.

    If the green lights still continue blinking, blue light doesn't come, your unit is dropping in boot loop.
    Possibly internal 5V fuse blown or CPU is heating up by less of thermal paste, as guessing.

    ( By connecting much current device like HDD, SSD, or smartphone directly, 5V fuse is blown. It usually recover automatically because the fuse chip is auto-recovery type but sometimes it will be broken. It needs replacing with soldering. Thermal paste is easy. It is same as self craft PC.)

    If it clears this step but SSID doesn't show up, continue the next.

    1. Turn off the unit again by the power switch .

    2. Reset the network setting. ( Push and hold the reset button by using small tool. While keeping it, turn on the power switch. Still be continueing the reset button hold for 10 seconds and release. Let the mixer sit undisturbed for approximately 3 minutes while it performs the reset. Power the mixer off and back on again. )

    3. Turn on the power again. When the blue light stays on solid again, you should be able to discover and connect to the internal Hotspot.

    4. If you use USB3.0 device nearby unit, 2.4GHz band WiFi can drop. Don't setup the unit such place. Or use wired connection by LAN cable or HDMI + USB mouse and keyboard to setup. Now you should turn the band channel to something of 5GHz band. Non-DFS channels in the 5 GHz frequency band are better. (Channel# 36, 40, 44, 48, 149, 153, 157, and 161 are better in USA ). DFS is a common rule of stopping WiFi, when it found something rain forecast or army radio wave priority radar. Almost countries have this DFS rule. Check about your country. I recommend to use Non-DFS channels.
