AUX in ear

I have spent hours and hours watching videos and reading the manual, and cannot figure out how to setup in-ear through aux channels so band members can access their AUX and adjust?

Ive set master password and allocated AUX as soft access, and assigned channels to 'Me' section, but when i view on my phone as a user i only get channel 1 with no AUX out at the bottom, and cant select any other aux channels to adjust.
Boy is your software confusing!!!
