ui 24r USB multitrack recording and playback don’t starat all ?

First Multitrack playback ( virtualsoundcheck) stopped working. It does not start ”rolling”.
Now same happend when trying to record multitrack.
I made ”Factory reset” but it didn’t help ?

    Can it playback and record 2 track but does only multitrack fail?

    Jes, 2 track works fine .

    For the recording, you have to set up the multitrack recording config section.
    WAV 24 is too heavy for some USB pendrive.
    Can you check several formats?
    The most light format is FLAC 16 > FLAC 24 > WAV 16 > WAV 24.
    FLAC24 quality is same as WAV24.

    After the recording, if you didn't touch those materials, it should be played.
    Files are must needed to correct place in the folder and it needs text file with them.

    Can you see the session title and select it?
    But it doesn't start the playing?
    Time is stopping?
    If all good, I doubt the USB stick...
    I suggest you to check the correct size and speed of the USB pendrive with using "H2TESTW".

    Hi, I Have made multitrack recordins with my ui24r now 5 years whit out any broblems.
    Everything looks as it has allways looked. It just doesent start ”rolling”. I have made tests with different USB sticks. I made test with new empty 32gb stick. 2 track rec OK. Multitrack rec tracks appears when start playback ”files are corrupted” comes to screen. I asked from Soundtek and they tought this is CPU unit problem. Well I ordered one just in case.

    Oh, that seems really defective.
