SI Impact 24 Gain knobs unresponsive

SoundCraft Si Impact, I’m unable to adjust the gain on any channel—whether local inputs or from the Mini Stagebox 16i. All gain knobs are unresponsive. Recently individual channels had this problem, but now it’s all channels.
