ui24r firmware will not update from 3.1 to.3.3

in Soundcraft Mixing Consoles

Hi I have tried several sticks an the dialog box does not appear Is there a fix for this.
formatted to fat 23.

    FAT32 of MBR ( master boot record ) is needed as the format. Music playable stick is OK to use for update.

    Firmware file has to be stay as ZIP format. Do not extract it to folder.
    - Some web-browser application might extract it automatically according to the user preference setting.
