Hello, I have since last week a new Soundcraft VI1. But I am facing a problem with the stagebox 32i. This one has 12 analog outputs. But the mixer only sees 8 output instead of 12.
When I connect the stagebox 32r the mixer sees all the outputs of this stagebox.
The mixer has the last software installed.
What could be the problem

I am the Vi3000 user. I think it might its maximum output.
