Multiple Issues

in Soundcraft Mixing Consoles

We have a Soundcraft UI24 in our church. We use a touchscreen monitor connected to the usb slot. Last weekend the screen was black. We were able to connect on ipad into the wifi. We thought the screen was bad so we ordered a new one. Plug it in and the same issue. It will pop up with the soundcraft logo for about 2 seconds and then black screen.
Also we were going to reset it and needed to export the shows to a usb and it will not recognize any usb.
HELP?

    Likely worth a call to tech support or your supporting dealer. Is there anything else plugged into the USB ports (i.e hard drive)? There is a chance that the total current draw is too much for the USB. Definitely something seems to be amiss with USB
